There is a fully-stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, blenders, coffee makers. There is a powder room off the living room and an outdoor shower just out the home's separate entrance off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom is also located on the main floor with private access to the front porch. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, one 2nd main bedroom with an ensuite bath and private porch access. The 3rd additional guest suite is currently set up as the quintessential bunk room with an ensuite bath.
